FREE UK MAINLAND RETURNS
Once you have received your purchases and you have decided you wish to return or exchange it you have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. In order to return any items you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To obtain an RMA contact us by email at email@example.com. You will then receive an email including your returns instructions and details about the next steps to take.
Items should be returned unused and with all Yan Neo garment or accessories tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without Yan Neo London tags.
All returns require a requested RMA number from you before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Your RMA number must be written on your original invoice and included in your return or exchange. Please be advised we cannot accept any returns unless you have a RMA and all the relevant paperwork is posted together with your returns. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
Return shipping is FREE for those living in the UK (Mainland).
For International customers returns are at your expense, this includes any relevant taxes.
We advise you to use a reputable shipping service where a signature is required. All goods remain your responsibility until we have received them and all returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment, with the original packaging, with the relevant RMA.
As an alternative, you may prefer to exchange items using our free returns service. You must request your exchange and send your unwanted items back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange on the same item in a different size or colour, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you must notify us and your item(s) must be received by us within the 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will issue you with store credit to the value of the item purchased, following which you can purchase the new item separately. If your item is out of stock we will issue you with a refund.

Returns shipping is FREE for UK destinations on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the UK will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply additionally. See costs for Shipping Information.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days to do so. Please refer to our our terms and conditions for more information on cancelling your order.
Please note our free returns service is not available for orders cancelled under the ICACRs.
Receiving A Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 14 days of the date of cancellation notice. We will refund the price you purchased your item at - this includes sale items. Any shipping paid is not refunded. You will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU shipments. This is excluding shipping charges and providing goods are undamaged and correctly returned. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Returning Sale Goods
We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date you receive your RMA number.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
In order to return faulty goods you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To obtain a RMA contact usand follow the returns process as above.
If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Yan Neo London account or future orders being refused.
Condition of Returns
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Yan Neo London garment tags still attached.
Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags. Also note that some leatherwear also needs careful handling to avoid marking on the surface of the leather. Any marks we deem to have been made after goods have been delivered to you, will not be accepted as returns.
Limited-Edition Or One-Off Products
As these items are limited editions, please take very special care with any protective cover they may have, until you are certain that you wish to keep them.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Yan Neo. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
