Where does this store ship from?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the UK?

Yes we do ship outside of the UK and we are working on making our products available worldwide! We do however sell to stockists internationally so please get in touch and we will be able to let you know your nearest stockist. Email us at info@yanneo.com or via our contact us page.

Do I have to pay additional sales tax?

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most UK mainland orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. For International orders it could take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. 

 

I did not receive the correct size /style that I ordered. What happens now?

Don't worry it's not a problem. In this unlikely event we do apologise though we are only human and we do sometimes make mistakes.If we sent you the wrong size or item please contact us to organise returns and RMA number. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the new item out to you within one week.

What is this stores returns and exchange policy?

If you are not entirely happy with your order we accept returns if you contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
In order to return any items you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
UK Mainland returns are free and once you email us for your RMA we will let you know how to proceed with returning your item. Unfortunately currently returns outside of UK mainland are at your expense. We advise you to use a reputable shipping service where a signature is required. All goods remain your responsibility until we have signed and received them. All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment with the relevant RMA.
The RMA number should be written on your original invoice. All returns must be unworn and have their tags still intact.
Please be advised we cannot accept any returns unless you have a RMA and all the relevant paperwork is posted together with your returns and with tags intact.
If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size/colour and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

What is this store's policy on returning faulty goods?

From our experience this will be a high unlikely occurrence!
If however this is the case, in order to return faulty goods you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). To obtain a RMA email us and follow the returns process as above.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, there is a subsequent manufacturing fault, not fit for purpose or as described. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact us at info@yanneo.com. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange please make your request clear when requesting your RMA.

What is the stores governing law and jurisdiction?

The Terms of Service together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
